Let's see the situation with the solar cycle # 24.
All data needed for the following charts comes from the Space Weather Canada, SIDC and WSO.
Unless otherwise indicated, I refer the "adjusted" values of the solar flux, corrected (by Space Weather Canada) to refer to the average Earth-Sun distance (1 Astronomical Unit).

This is the graph of the solar flux on 2800MHz from the month of the previous minimum smoothed solar flux (October 2008) to the present. The blue curve is the monthly mean value of solar flux, while the red one is the smoothed value.
After a declining trend from april to september 2012, the smoothed solar flux has increased slightly in October 2012, thanks to the monthly mean value of April 2013 (abt 124 sfu).

<a href="http://www.hamradioweb.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=10389" target="_blank" title="Name:

This is the comparison chart, in terms of Smoothed Sunspot Number, between the solar cycle #24 and all the previous ones. This chart starts from the month of the previous minimun smoothed sunspot number (december 2008).
The curve of the solar cycle #24 is the red one.
The smoothed sunspot number is stable around 58 from June 2012, after a declining trend from march to july 2012.

As known, in correspondence of the maximum of solar cycle there is an inversion of the magnetic poles of the Sun. Through the measures of the Wilcox Solar Observatory, we can see how this inversion evolves.

As you can see, the average curve (yellow) has almost reached zero (exactly -3 in date 07-01-2013). Then the value has once again moved away from zero (-5 in January and February 2013 and -4 in March and April).
Also, the curves of the monthly mean values for the northern hemisphere and the southern one have in recent months a trend a little uneven.
Let's see in the next months.

The next update in early August 2013.
