TJ2TT QSLing

Hello
The OQRS for TJ2TT says - OQRS default $9.15
However The TJ2TT website http://www.i2ysb.com/idt/index.php?o...147&Itemid=389 says
DIRECT: via I2YSB only (Postal rates in Italy 1 October 2015 )

2 US$ for Europe + SAE
3 US$ outside of Europe + SAE
4 US$ VK-ZL Pacific Area + SAE

Is the website still correct?

Thank you

Hello Paul,
I read your "wow" and I want explane you the reason of 5,15 usd :

PayPal received : 5, 15 usd +
Paypal commission: 0,53 usd -

USD received : 4,62 usd

Stamp for Oceania; 3,60 usd (2,90 euro) -

NET AMOUNT for IDT : 1,o2 usd (0,82 euro)

At this point you must include the cost of QSL card (double format) + Envelope + Label and, of course, a lot of ink for all the labels printed.

Finally you think that it's a disproportionate request ?

Let me know your opinion !
