Brix, ZNR con il precedente post sulla MFJ ed un precedente post di FYF sul passaggio di proprietā della INRAD mi hanno ispirato per cercare la storia e l'attualitā di un altro noto marchio USA la Vibroplex. Mi ricordavo dell'annuncio che la Arrl aveva dato il 07/12/2009 circa il passaggio di proprietā della Vibroplex (precedente proprietario Felton "Mitch" Mitchell, W4OA sino al 21 dicembre 2009) ed il nome mi era noto (aveva pubbicato una serie di video sui prodotti TEN-TEC). W4PA č stato impiegato nella "ham" 'industria per la maggior parte della sua vita da adulto. Impiegato presso Ham Radio Outlet store in Atlanta, GA 1994-95. Product Manager per la TEN-TEC dal 1997-2009; impiegato presso la TEN-TEC dal 1995-2009. Egli ha lasciato la Ten-Tec dopo aver acquistato la Vibroplex Company il 21 Decembre 2009 e conduce tale azienda come sua occupazione a tempo pieno
Radio: W4PA č stato attivo dal 1982, principamente nel modo CW e nei contest CW in particolare.
L'abitazione č un appartamento con due stanze da letto "loft apartment" in old downtown Knoxville (Tennessee) edificio industriale che fu restaurato per uso residenziale durante la precedente decade.
W4PA effettua annualmente viaggi per condurre multi-op contests dai Caraibi. Il focus negli anni recenti č stato sui CQ WW CW contest, operating Field Day style M/S o M/2 da Bonaire come PJ4Q.
